There's a pretty neat story behind this particular Batman scene. It comes from a comic from 1995 that was sold in order to raise awareness about Pedophilia, particularly the problems with sex slave industry overseas. The picture is the last scene in the second book where Batman is going after the pedophiles after learning that his mother was killed trying to fight against child sex abuse. The scroll at the bottom right says " Warriors, heed this When you battle with demons Aim not at their hearts".
